Our certification service experienced a temporary disruption between 16:53 and 18:43 CET, affecting receipt signing operations in France. This was related to the specific requirements of the French fiscal compliance framework.

The service has been fully restored. Our fiscal compliance team is actively investigating and putting measures in place to ensure that fiscal processing requirements do not impact service availability for our clients going forward. Relevant parties will be informed directly as the investigation progresses.
